Listening to your messages
When you get a new message the "New Message" spool symbol will appear in the phone display. To listen to your messages: -press and hold I (or dial 23) to call the Answer Phone press 1 to listen to your new message(s)

Change your personal options

press and hold I (or dial 123) to cau the Answer Phone press 3 to change
your personal options
Here you can: -
press 1 to change your Answer Phone greeting or recorded name press
2 to create a PIN number (or change an existing one) press 3 to set up
group lists press 4 to tum your PIN code on/off

Missed call alerts
The missed calls alert service will provide you with a text message,
detailing missed calls when the phone is switched off, diverted to the
Answerphone when busy or out of coverage, and no message is left. T
hese types of calls are not usually displayed in your phone's ‘missed call list'
text alert will show the number that originally called, if the number is in your
phone book, the name will be displayed any messages will be shown as
being sent by +123 to switched missed call alerts on/off, access your
personal options, 123, option 3 withheld or restricted numbers will not receive
a missed call alert

Use shortcut keys
Press any of the following keys whilst listening to a message: -1 - start the
message again
2- save the message (for 7 days)
3- delete the message
4-send a reply to the message
5- forward to another Orange user
7- rewind 10 seconds
8-skip to next message
9-fast forward 10 seconds
0- help
- Answer Phone call return (calls the person who left the message)

Listen to your messages from another phone
To listen to your messages from any other phone call 07973 100 123 and
follow the voice prompts. To listen to your messages from another
Orange mobile call 07973 100 123, press star when the call connects, and
then follow the voice prompts.
To do this you will need to have setup a PIN number on your Answer Phone.

Send a message

Orange Answer Phone allows you to send messages to other Orange
users. This is useful when it is unnecessary, or inconvenient to call them.
To send a message: -
press and hold 1 (or dial 123) to call the Answer Phone. press 2 to select
send a message.
Follow the voice prompts to enter recipient details, record your message
and send to another Orange user.

Create an Answer Phone group list
press and hold 1 to call your Answer Phone. press 3 for personal options,
and then press 3 again for group list options
press 1 to create a group list and follow the voice prompts. Once you have
set up your groups, record your message as normal following the voice
prompts, entering the group number where you would have previously entered
the mobile number.


EveryPhone call divert
EveryPhone allows Business customers to seamlessly divert their Orange
phone number to another Orange phone or Landline number.
All calls will go to the Orange AnswerPhone, if the phone with the diverted
number is unanswered.
Mobiles can be diverted to landlines or other Orange mobile phones.


EveryPhone set up
call 158 from your Orange phone and check that Everyphone has been
activated for your account
dial 330 from your Orange handset
enter your Orange number, followed by # (you will be voice prompted to
do this)
You will then hear the following: ‘Because this is the first time you've called
EveryPhone service you need to set up a pin number. This pin number
will allow you to call EveryPhone from other phones as well as Orange. The
pin must be 4 digits'.
enter a 4 digit pm followed by # (cannot be 1111 or 1234) the pin number will
then be confirmed
you will then be advised that the EveryPhone service is off


Using EveryPhone
To divert your handset using EveryPhone:
dial 330 on your Orange phone enter your 4 digit PIN press 1 to set up a divert
number
enter the phone number the divert will be set to followed by # EveryPhone
will confirm this number back you, you can then end the call. You will receive
a text message confirming the phone number that the divert is set to (this is free).


Cancelling EveryPhone
To cancel your EveryPhone divert:
dial 330 on your Orange phone enter your 4 digit PIN press 2 to cancel your
existing divert
EveryPhone will confirm that the divert has been cancelled, you can then end t
he call. You will receive a text message confirming that their EveryPhone divert
has been cancelled (this is free).
