Who We Are

Airwaves Communications is the longest standing mobile phone retailer in Yeovil.  Since 1993 we have been based at 19 Sherborne Road in Yeovil and were the first retail shop in the town.  We have now moved to new, larger premises at Norway Business Centre with onsite installation garage.

During these early days of mobile phone retail we had three shops and were winners of the Best Small UK Retailed for three consecutive years.  We also regularly won industry awards in recognition of our achievements such as Motorola Addicts, trips overseas and to major sporting events.

Our Corporate Sales Division is an accredited Yes Telecom (Vodafone) Business Partner, with O2 we hold Advance Dealer Status and with Orange we are an Approved Business Specialist, in addition to these networks we are also dealers for both T-Mobile and the 3 Network.

Our in-house installation centre for hands-free car kits is approved by Nokia and Parrot is also an approved installer of Tracker Vehicle Security systems.  The installation centre is a member of the Radio communications Quality Council (RQC) Silver Award Scheme, their work is audited by the RQC, giving customers total confidence in the quality of installation of handsfree car kits.

To date we have installed kits in over 10,000 vehicles from Combine Harvesters to Minis!
